PREP4Kids is FREE!
- Please email our office or call 503-281-7764 and we will send you a permission slip for your child’s school.
- Download the permission slip for your school here.
- Fill the permission slip out and return it to the school office.
- The PREP Volunteers will take your child to the class on and return them to school per the day and time listed on the form.
- Students/parents work with teachers to ensure any missed work is made up.
- We welcome parents who want to attend their child’s PREP4Kids class. You may attend one time without prior notice. After the first visit, you must go through application/background check procedure for the safety of the students and volunteers.
